One of the key tenants of GDPR is the “right to be forgotten,” which we are happy to support. To delete your account, log into your TextP2P account and go to the billing screen located under the avatar in the upper right corner. Then click on the red button that says cancel my subscription service.

If you request for your data to be deleted, we will delete all personal information, contact details, account details, profile images, usage data, and ringless voicemails, text messages, and emails.  We will also remove your information from any 3rd party vendors who may be sub-processors of that data.

We may require additional information to be verified before completing your data deletion request.
