No. We do require a credit card for our free 14-day trial but you won’t be charged until your subscription starts after the 14 days. You can cancel at anytime and if you cancel before your free trial is over you won’t be charged at all.
What is the average number of texts you will need to send per month? Keep in mind that monthly text credits do not rollover, but don’t worry if you run out you can always buy additional credits. Any additional credits you purchase will never expire.
The advantage to get a package that comes with monthly credits is your price per credit is discounted.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing page in your account.
All incoming SMS Texts are free as long as your incoming do not exceed your outgoing. You are only charged for outgoing messages and this includes Test messages.
Yes. We automatically filter out all non-mobile numbers from text message campaigns.
Any user can reply STOP and be automatically opted out of all future text messages. They can opt back in by texting START.
Users also have the ability to opt-out of a single workflow automation (drip campaign) by replying REMOVE.
Email recipients can opt-out by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
Contacts can also be manually unsubscribed through platform.
Your dedicated number(s) will be a 10 digit toll-free number with the free trial, but you can switch to a local area code number for just $2.
If you want to use your existing business number it can be ported over. If you want to use your existing landline we can setup texting for it without porting it over. Additionally not all numbers support all features, for example toll-free numbers don’t support MMS.
